Occupational Therapist
Job description
About Us
At Sunny Pediatric Services, we're more than just a therapy practice — we're a close-knit team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists who genuinely love what we do. We're collaborative, passionate, and deeply committed to helping the littlest ones thrive. Our mission is to provide high-quality, family-centered therapy services to infants and toddlers in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for someone who shares that same heart for early intervention.
Why You'll Love Working With Us: A warm, supportive team that truly has your back. Performance bonuses to recognize your hard work. Continuing education opportunities and hands-on mentorship in infant feeding therapy, reflex integration, and more! Is This You? Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of infants and young children?
Do you thrive in an environment where mentorship, learning, and collaboration are part of everyday life? If you're nodding yes — we'd love to meet you! Where You'll Be: We're nestled in the heart of midtown Tallahassee, FL — a vibrant city with over 700 miles of trails, gorgeous parks, fishing, birdwatching, local sports, and so much more.
Whether you're a nature lover or a city explorer, Tallahassee has something for you! We serve clients in our office, their homes and daycares, where progress can be made quickly! What You'll Be Doing: Conducting evaluations and providing therapy for infants and young children in homes, daycares, or via teletherapy. Developing individualized care plans that are meaningful and family-centered.
Educating and partnering with parents, caregivers, and teachers on therapy strategies and child development. Documenting progress and maintaining thorough patient records. Collaborating with a wonderful multidisciplinary team to provide whole-child, holistic care.
What We're Looking For
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Florida OT license (or eligibility for licensure). Experience working with children. A genuine love for working with little ones and an eagerness to grow in infant and toddler therapy. The ability to work independently while embracing a team-first culture.
Compensation
& Perks: Competitive hourly pay. Mileage reimbursement. Mentorship in infant and pediatric feeding therapy. Opportunities for paid CEUs and professional dues. If you're a dedicated OT who's ready to grow, learn, and make a lasting impact — we'd love to have you on our team. Apply today and come grow with us! Sunny Pediatric Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
