We’re committed to your success, offering not just a job, but a real career path with long-term growth. 🔧 Position Details: Title: Maintenance Supervisor Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On call every 4 weeks) Pay: $27–$29 per hour (Based on Experience) Extras: Quarterly bonuses + on-call pay 💸 🧰 What You’ll Be Doing: Respond to and complete maintenance work orders 🔧 Turn/make-ready apartments between residents 🏠 Interior and exterior painting/staining 🎨 HVAC troubleshooting and repairs ❄️🔥 General groundskeeping and upkeep 🌿 Preventative maintenance tasks 📋 Maintain a clean and organized workspace 🧽 Share on-call duties with the team (rotating) 📱 ✅ What You’ll Need: 3+ year of general maintenance experience Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!)
