Su66 🕒 Internship Duration: 6 months (Full-time) 🔎 Key Responsibilities: 1️⃣ Recruitment & Selection Assist in CV screening and shortlisting Coordinate interviews and candidate communication Support recruitment documentation and reporting 2️⃣ Onboarding & Offboarding Assist in new joiner documentation and induction coordination Support exit documentation and clearance processes 3️⃣ Employee Life Cycle Management Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support confirmation letters, contract updates, and other employee documentation 4️⃣ Payroll & Attendance Support Assist in attendance and leave management Support payroll data preparation and verification 5️⃣ HR Administration & Projects Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and employee engagement activities Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation control 💡 What You’ll Gain: Practical exposure to core HR functions Direct involvement in recruitment operations Experience in a structured corporate environment Strong foundation for a future HR career Undergraduate in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Must reside in close proximity to the workplace Should have flexibility to report to work at short notice when required
