📢 We're Hiring: Head of Account Management | GPV Lanka Are you a commercial leader who builds strong customer relationships and delivers growth? GPV Lanka is looking for a Head of Account Management to lead our Sales & Account Management team. GPV is a global, customer-driven EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) partner.

We offer complex electronics and mechatronics solutions, from design and engineering to manufacturing and testing. 🎯 The role You'll lead and develop our Sales & Account Management team and shape our sales and service strategies. Your goals will be to hit the annual sales budget, deliver service excellence and grow our customer accounts profitably.

What you'll do

✅ Formulate sales and service strategies to achieve sales budgets, KPIs and profitability targets ✅ Lead, coach and develop a high-performing account management team ✅ Build lasting customer relationships that meet and exceed expectations ✅ Drive on-time delivery, order confirmation and quotation turnaround performance ✅ Oversee RFQs, demand planning, ERP accuracy and inventory (DIO) targets ✅ Report to site and Group management and work with other GPV subsidiaries worldwide What you'll bring 🎓 A Master's degree in a commercial or technical discipline, or a Bachelor's degree with professional qualifications in Business Management or Marketing 💼 At least 10 years' experience in sales and customer service management, including 3+ years at managerial level 📊 Strong analytical, commercial and financial skills 🏭 Knowledge of procurement, manufacturing and quality systems 🌍 Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required Know someone who'd be a great fit?
