Customer Field Service/Sales Specialist Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Customer Field Service/Sales Specialist to oversee our Laundry & Warewash market in Kansas City, MO. What You’ll Do: Partner with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to support and grow customer accounts Conduct on-site evaluations to identify opportunities for improved laundry and warewash solutions Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing equipment Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to customers Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your customers Recommend and implement solution-based improvements that drive results Perform routine service visits and respond to customer needs Support sales initiatives and help identify growth opportunities within your territory What You Bring: Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment Interest in growing into a sales or customer-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to solve problems and think critically in the field Self-motivated with strong time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Laundry/Warewash experience is a plus—but we will train the right person Why This Role Stands Out: This isn’t just a service role—it’s a career builder.
