Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Customer Service Representative for our Customer Service team in Bozeman, MT. Essential Functions

Process Distribution and Customer Orders. Process inter-departmental orders / sample and replacement orders. Process return orders. Track shipments. Performs account maintenance and updates. Processes National Account orders, billing, follow up with Independent Distributors to assure order fulfillment. Respond to customer inquires.

Processes credit memos. Maintains customer specific pricing. Monitors the open orders report. Operates the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 1 year of experience in a related field. Knowledge of SAP a plus. Ability to multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
