What You'll Do

Deliver direct, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting Perform and assist with skilled nursing treatments and daily care needs Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate any changes to the care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow physician orders, individualized care plans, and agency policies Support and educate families and caregivers on patient care needs What We're Looking For Active Florida LPN License (required) Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred Home health or private duty experience preferred Experience with trach, g-tube, and ventilator-dependent patients is a strong plus Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation to travel within the service area What We Offer Competitive pay: $33–$35/hour on W2 (open for discussion based on experience) Mileage reimbursement Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Flexible scheduling — you choose shifts that work for you Paid Sick Leave (based on eligibility) Supportive clinical team environment Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities available
