Location: Doral, FL (In-Office) Job Type: Full-time About Us Unified Care Services is a pediatric DME and pharmacy company serving families across Miami-Dade and Broward County. Our pharmacy team is on the front line of delivering genuine, authentic care to patients and caregivers. We are looking for a Staff Pharmacist who leads with empathy and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and service.

Position Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and caring for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the Pharmacy Technician support staff and help oversee the management and operation of all aspects of the pharmacy. Reports to: Pharmacy Supervisor Supervises: Pharmacy Technicians and support staff Responsibilities Ensure patient safety by following established pharmacy protocols and clinical best practices Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, safety, and effectiveness in medication dispensing Deliver exceptional service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners Supervise, train, and support pharmacy staff to optimize performance and professional development Manage inventory, including ordering, storage, and proper handling of medications and supplies Monitor financial performance and support initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard medications, equipment, and pharmacy assets Coordinate workflow to ensure timely and accurate prescription fulfillment Lead with empathy and compassion in all patient and team interactions Motivate and develop team members by aligning responsibilities with their strengths and growth opportunities Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to strategic, growth-driving solutions Execute and monitor team goals to ensure successful implementation of pharmacy initiatives Adapt to changing healthcare environments and adjust workflows to maintain high-quality service Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and service delivery Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, energy, and shared purpose Apply clinical and operational knowledge to enhance patient care programs and health outcomes Minimum Qualifications Active pharmacist license in the state of employment (Florida) Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.

g., APhA) No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances Physical Requirements Sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently throughout the day Sit or stand 7 to 10 hours per day Lift up to 25 pounds Visual acuity to read fine print, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus May be required to work extended hours as needed
