Clinical Assistant

Full-Time Clinical Assistant Reports to: Director of Clinical Administration Responsibilities : Monitor patients appointment no-shows and overdue clinical and administrative orders, coordinating timely follow-up and rescheduling. Manage patient health forms. Support the coordination, tracking, and reporting of immunization records in compliance with public immunization information system and program requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely electronic health record (EHR) data entry and support pre-charting for immunizations, laboratory testing, and preventive health screenings. Monitor clinical and dental supply inventory and support timely replenishment. Support quality assurance activities, program reporting, and patient follow-up related to identified diseases and health conditions.

Maintain accurate records, data entry, archiving, and report generation. Provide general administrative and operational support to clinical programs. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
