Food & Beverage Stocker/Runner Amber Brooke Farms Position Overview Amber Brooke Farms is seeking hardworking, dependable, and energetic Food & Beverage Stocker/Runners to support our Food & Beverage operations. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that plays an essential role in keeping our food and beverage locations stocked, organized, and operating efficiently throughout the day.

The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes initiative, works well under pressure, and is willing to perform hands-on physical work in an outdoor agritourism environment. This position involves continuously transporting supplies, stocking food and beverage stations, setting up and breaking down service areas, and assisting the Food & Beverage team during busy operating hours, festivals, and special events.

This is a physically intensive position requiring frequent lifting, carrying, walking, and moving throughout the farm.

Key Responsibilities

Transport food, beverages, ice, equipment, and supplies between storage areas and food and beverage service locations throughout the farm. Continuously restock food and beverage stations to ensure team members have the supplies necessary to maintain efficient service. Assist with the setup and breakdown of food and beverage stations, concession areas, equipment, tables, and event spaces.

Load, unload, lift, carry, and move supplies, products, and equipment as needed. Operate authorized farm vehicles, utility vehicles, and other motorized equipment safely to transport supplies and support daily operations. Monitor supply levels and proactively replenish inventory before shortages disrupt service. Respond quickly to requests from Food & Beverage supervisors and team members during high-volume periods.

Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading products, organizing storage areas, and rotating inventory. Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas, workstations, and transportation equipment. Assist with trash removal, cleanup, and general maintenance of food and beverage service areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and equipment operating procedures.

Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude. Support other departments with setup, breakdown, transportation, and operational needs during festivals and special events. Perform additional physically demanding tasks as assigned to support successful farm operations.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience in stocking, food service support, warehouse operations, event setup, inventory handling, or a similar physically demanding position is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate authorized motor vehicles and farm utility vehicles.

Must be physically capable of performing continuous, hands-on work throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly . Must be comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take initiative without constant supervision. Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to changing operational needs. Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to assist wherever needed. Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team.

Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Schedule & Work Environment Weekend availability is required. Must be available to work holidays, festivals, special events, and extended hours based on business needs. This position is primarily performed outdoors in an active agritourism environment. Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat, humidity, rain, and cooler temperatures.

Work involves frequent movement between food and beverage locations throughout the farm. Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, throughout the workday. Must be willing to work in a demanding environment that requires stamina, urgency, flexibility, and teamwork.

May be required to operate authorized farm vehicles and equipment after completing appropriate training.
