This role involves building relationships with key government agencies, understanding federal procurement processes, and aligning company offerings with government needs. The Business Development Director plays a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategies, managing capture efforts, and leading proposal development to win federal contracts. This is a hybrid role based in our Arlington, VA or Colorado Springs, CO office.
