Pay: We offer our Production Operations Manager a competitive wage of**$65,000-$85,000 per year**, plusbonusesandperformance incentives.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years of experience in residential home services, construction, installation operations, or a similar production/operations environment
• Experience working with scheduling, field employees, job costing, and performance metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

At least 3 years of residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical production or installation management experience, ServiceTitan experience, and expertise in scheduling, job costing, permits, purchase orders, inventory coordination, labor percentages, revenue metrics, and production KPIs are preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PRODUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGER?

In this full-time role, you'll coordinate schedules, ensure jobs are fully prepared before crews arrive, review materials and project details, and work closely with installers, sales teams, leadership, and customers to keep projects moving forward. Throughout the day, you'll monitor crew performance, track key metrics, resolve operational challenges, maintain accurate ServiceTitan documentation, and help ensure every project moves efficiently from sale to completion while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
