WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay:Our HVAC Sales Representatives average$100,000–$160,000 annuallywith commission.Commission is uncapped, so your earning potential is unlimited! The stronger your performance, the more you can earn.

Schedule: This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a schedule of 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. You'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Greater Milwaukee area, visiting homes to assess their needs and recommend the right solutions.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our HVAC Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners find the right heating, cooling, and indoor comfort solutions for their homes. You'll meet with customers to evaluate their HVAC needs, listen to their concerns, and recommend solutions that align with their comfort goals and budgets.

Throughout the day, you'll build relationships, present options, answer questions, and guide customers through the buying process with confidence and professionalism. You'll use a consultative sales approach to educate homeowners, follow up on opportunities, and turn qualified leads into successful sales.

You'll take ownership of your sales goals, maintain consistent communication with customers, and deliver an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through the completion of the sale. Your ability to build trust, identify customer needs, and close sales will directly contribute to your success and earning potential.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience in HVAC sales, electrical sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, remodeling sales, or residential sales preferred
• Proven ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and close sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain products and services and recommend appropriate solutions
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset
• Desire to meet sales goals, exceed customer expectations, and maximize earning potential

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
