The Marina Store Sales Associate position is responsible for daily operations at our Marina Boutique store. They also assisting customers with purchases and visual displays and merchandising the store. Daily operations of the retail store Have experience in other boutiques or similar retail stores Work with customers to assist with purchases and ensure sales goals are met and/or exceeded Assist with displays and merchandising Check-in Packing Slips/Invoices with incoming merchandise* Request Invoices as necessary* Assist with putting invoices into Yellowdog* Prepare necessary reports including but not limited to individual sales reports, EOD and Inventory Assist in creating marketing materials, when needed Assist Manager in upcoming trends for buying in store* Be proficient in all matters of the store from POS to individual product knowledge Help to keep store clean and tidy Must be a team player and conduct themselves in a manner which complements the entire resort Candidate must have a flexible schedule Weekends and some holidays required as the Marina Store is part of a hotel Qualifications / Requirement: High school degree or equivalent Previous retail sales experience preferred Interest in the Retail sales industry A minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or retail experience is required.
