Director of Activities & Guest Experiences
Job description
The Director of Activities & Guest Experiences will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive resort activities program. This position will play an important role in differentiating Mill Falls as a year-round experiential destination. A key component will be proactive guest engagement, including connecting with guests before arrival, identifying opportunities to personalize their stay, and creating experiences that encourage repeat visitation and stronger guest loyalty.
