The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and recommend effective solutions to restore system performance and ensure homeowner comfort. Communicate professionally with homeowners to understand their concerns, explain findings, present service recommendations, and build lasting relationships based on trust.

Accurately document all inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance performed, and recommended follow-up services in accordance with company procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service on every call while representing Bailey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Adhere to all company safety policies, industry standards, and safe driving practices, including complying with restrictions on mobile device use while operating a company vehicle. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC equipment, technologies, and industry best practices while actively pursuing training and professional development opportunities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area while treating customers’ homes and property with care and respect. Job Qualifications: 3+ years of HVAC Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record EPA – Universal Certification preferred OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred The starting hourly base wage for this position is $30-45.

This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
