Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigerant piping. Assist with HVAC installation projects and complete work according to company standards. Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs on-site. Follow all local building codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards.

Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service. Safely use hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment required for the job. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout each installation. Job Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as an HVAC installer Experience with residential HVAC systems Valid driver’s license with clean driving record OSHA 10 certification (preferred) High School diploma or equivalent required Competencies: Strong HVAC technical knowledge Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead a team and work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented The starting base salary range for this position is $20-$35/hr.

This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
