Coverage includes: Monroe Temperance Lambertville Dundee Ida Milan Carleton Flat Rock Gibraltar Southgate Trenton Woodhaven Riverview Brownstown Wyandotte (as needed) This role is ideal for an RN who values autonomy, strong clinical judgment, and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding patient census. In This Role, You Will Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments Develop individualized plans of care Deliver skilled nursing interventions in the home Educate patients and families on condition management and medications Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Complete accurate and timely documentation in Well. Qualifications

You’re a Great Fit If You Graduated from an accredited school of nursing Hold an active Michigan RN license Have at least 2 years of nursing experience Home health experience preferred Are compassionate, organized, and resourceful Have strong assessment and communication skills Have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a driver’s license Job Types: Full-Time, Per Diem, Contract, PRN Work Location: Field-Based (Monroe / Downriver Territory)
