Home Daily: Operate from Mission Gorge, California Monday-Friday (Some Weekends) Second Shift Wrench on Peterbilts & CNG! $30-$35/hr + profit sharing. We train & you’re home daily. Build your future at Superior! Superior Ready Mix i s seeking experienced, professional diesel mechanics for its full-time fleet maintenance position in Mission Gorge, CA. We have Kenworths and Peterbilts, running everything from Cement Mixers to Dump Trucks and the like, and we'll set you up in our dedicated shop with everything you need to succeed! This is a full-time fleet maintenance position, no CDL required

Examples of the Work Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related equipment Test and rebuild various types hydraulic equipment Disassemble & assemble wheel loader axle Perform advanced troubleshooting & diagnosing circuit faults and the fuel system You'll need to be able to properly troubleshoot Tier 4 Systems Education: High School diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working on diesel or heavy construction equipment is preferred Additional vocational/trade school training in a mechanical field is also preferred Experience: Able to perform all functions on Superior Ready Mix's equipment management software Previous experience working on diesel or heavy construction equipment is preferred Equipment knowledge on engines, hydraulics, electronics, Tier 4 Systems and fuel systems Previous experience with CAT SIS or ET programs highly desired Must be willing to work overtime and in various weather conditions
