Facility investment Supervisor

The Facility investment Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems on the Unaccompanied Housing Contract in Guam. This role involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient service call response, and implementing a robust preventive maintenance program.

The Facility investment Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and by contract requirements.
