Associates in Private Equity work on small sector-focused teams responsible for the acquisition and management of investments. We are searching for an Associate to join the Energy Transition team, whose areas of focus include clean energy solutions, equipment, service and technology providers for the power grid, energy efficiency, resource circularity, and water lifecycle management solutions, among others.

You will be involved in a wide range of high-profile transactions, which may include leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, take-privates, add-on acquisitions, build ups, restructurings, recapitalizations, and dispositions.
