Jeff Wyler CDJR in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, is looking for an experienced, driven, and results-oriented General Sales Manager to lead our sales operation. What You'll Bring

to Our Dealership Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager. Strong knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicle operations, inventory management, pricing, and market trends. The ability to recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a successful sales team. A track record of meetings and exceeding sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Experience managing sales processes, desking deals, appraisals, and working with the F&I department. Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, follow-up, and internet sales processes. The ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and turn business goals into measurable results. A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example and hold the team accountable.

INDSJBR Qualifications: What You'll Be Responsible For Lead the day-to-day sales operations, driving both new and pre-owned vehicle sales. Build, develop, and maintain a motivated, high-performing sales team. Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and create strategies to achieve dealership objectives. Work closely with the sales team on customer engagement, negotiations, and closing opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure an exceptional buying experience. Oversee inventory levels, merchandising, pricing strategies, and vehicle turn. Partner with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for growth and profitability. Create a positive, professional, and accountable sales culture.
