CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE II

• GOLF SHOP JOB SUMMARY The objective of the Customer Service Associate II is to represent Dodge City in a friendly and helpful manner when greeting visitors at and to perform various clerical and bookkeeping tasks DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Expectation to:
• Greet visitors at the front desk.
• Answer phones.
• Adheres to the city’s mission and vision statement.
• Assists the Head Golf Professional in planning, promoting and coordinating Club golf activities.
• Adheres to the Club’s standard procedures for golf shop operations.
• Promotes, helps order, sells and merchandises golf equipment and accessories to members and guests.
• Collects and charges necessary fees for all golf related activities and golf shop sales.
• Maintains an attractive and orderly appearance in the golf shop by dusting, folding and steaming clothing, and re-filling displays regularly.
• Cleans the golf shop, trash, bathrooms and makes sure the golf shop is fully stocked at all times while on duty.
• Supervises golf shop in absence of Head Golf Professional.
• Helps the Head Golf Professional count and maintain accurate inventory.
• Helps with re-griping and shoe repair.

EDUCATION

AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College Degree
• A valid Kansas motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Minimum of two (2) years professional experience.
