ADMN ASSC III FACILITIES The objective of the Administrative Associate III is to provide clerical and administrative support for all divisions in the Facilities Department, to act as the point of contact for the department, and provide excellent customer service for all customers. On-going Improvement Job Knowledge & Effectiveness Expectation to:

• Assist in administrative procedures in keeping financial, budget, personnel and administrative records.
• Prepare correspondence for agenda items to be presented to City Commission and City Manager.
• Prepare reports by finding, assembling and summarizing information and data.
• Update department web page on City web site.
• Represent department during city Support Staff meeting and department sponsored events.
• Screen office visitors and phone calls by furnishing information requested and making appointments. Supports the operations of the department by:
• Demonstrates ability to plan, complete tasks and monitor results within established deadlines.
• Effectively applying knowledge to solve a range of problems.
• Following department policies on a consistent basis.
• Performs job responsibilities consistently, timely, cost-effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
