Job description

This team works on embedded software development for next-generation automotive systems and software-defined vehicles (SDV). The work includes software architecture planning and development for advanced technologies such as ADAS, connectivity, electrification, and autonomous driving. The project is with a global automotive OEM and involves both consulting and technical execution, including defining software architecture roadmaps and building scalable software platforms.

Main responsibilities Automotive ECU software development on RTOS or POSIX platforms (Model-based or hand coding) Establish development processes and platforms across the full embedded software lifecycle Build development workbench including CI/CD environment Develop test frameworks including ECU virtualization Lead a team of around 20–25 engineers Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and ASPICE Manage project activities including planning, execution, monitoring KPIs, stakeholder management, and offshore coordination Technical environment Languages: C, C++, Python OS / Middleware: Linux, QNX, AUTOSAR Controllers: Renesas R-Car, NXP S32G, RH850 Communication: CAN/CAN-FD, SOME/IP, DOIP, DOCAN, MQTT, HTTP, DDS Tools: Docker, Git, JIRA, GTest, Polyspace, Cantata++, CANoe Requirements Experience in automotive embedded software development Experience across the full software development lifecycle Business level English and Japanese
