HR Manager | Luxury Safari Tour Operator | Botswana Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager for a luxury safari tour operator based in Botswana. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic human resources professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing people, fostering positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practices are maintained across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all human resources functions across the organisation
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee retention initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
- Support management with employee relations and performance management processes
- Coordinate training and development programmes
- Manage payroll-related HR administration and employee records
- Drive staff engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture initiatives
- Provide strategic HR support to senior management Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, preferably within hospitality, tourism or luxury travel sectors
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience working in remote or multi-site environments would be advantageous Package
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
