Asset Manager

This position is directly responsible for the operational and financial performance of a premier Class ‘A’ office and retail portfolio located in Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills CA, including Columbia Square, On Vine, The Sunset, and Maple Plaza. The Asset Manager serves as the strategic leader of the portfolio, driving financial performance, tenant retention, leasing support, capital planning, operational excellence, and team development.

The Asset Manager is responsible for developing future leaders within the organization and creating a succession pipeline for key property management positions. This position works closely with Property Management, Leasing, Construction, Accounting, Legal, and Executive Leadership to maximize asset value and deliver consistent results.
