Analyst – Corporate Finance and FP&A

Kilroy Realty is seeking an Analyst to support corporate FP&A, finance operations, and financial data and systems. Working with guidance from senior team members, the Analyst will help maintain forecasts and financial models, prepare recurring analyses and reporting, coordinate inputs from business partners, and support the accuracy of data across Yardi, Argus, and FP&A reporting tools.

The ideal candidate has a foundation in financial analysis and accounting, strong attention to detail, and an interest in commercial real estate and financial systems. This role offers the opportunity to build FP&A skills, learn property operations and public company planning, and develop experience connecting property-level assumptions to consolidated results. This position reports to the VP of FP&A.
