Multi Skilled Tradesperson Plumbing Bias

3-Month Contract with a Local Authority Umbrella Rate: £27.33 per hour umbrella Summary We are seeking a Multi-Skill Plumber to carry out plumbing and associated multi-trade repairs, maintenance, renewals, and installations across Camden’s housing stock and other Council properties. You will ensure works are completed to a high standard, in line with current regulations, and delivered Right First Time.

Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs including pipework, drainage, and sanitary installations. Undertake multi-trade tasks such as carpentry, tiling, and making good works. Deliver reactive, planned, and void repairs. Diagnose faults and identify cost-effective solutions. Provide high standards of customer service in residents’ homes.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Complete job records and manage materials using mobile systems. Experience Experience in housing repairs or maintenance. Demonstrable multi-trade capability. Strong fault-finding ability.

Qualifications

Qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent). Good customer communication skills. Additional Information Working hours: 36 hours per week. A valid driver's license is essential. We work on a biweekly payment schedule. This is an Onsite role based in Camden.
