Customer Service Representative

Location: Yuma, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday

What You'll Do

Provide professional and timely support to customers and sales reps via phone, email, and other communication channels. Responsible for data entry, order management, respond to customer inquiries, requests, concerns with accuracy and professionalism. Troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.

Account management, enter and process orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary. Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service, customer support, order entry, or account management experience. Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, healthcare, or distribution environment.
