Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior-level roles across departments
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context
• Source candidates creatively using referrals, job boards, and networking
• Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously
• Contribute to employer branding, university programs, and referral initiatives
• Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.
• Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)
• Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.

The Salary Range for this role is $90,000- $100,000 . At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
