As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll make a lasting difference by caring for patients across age groups and partnering with a dedicated Care Team. What You’ll Do ▶ Provide primary care, including preventive services and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

▶ Evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, and develop appropriate treatment plans. ▶ Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and health management. ▶ Coordinate care and communicate effectively with providers and clinical team members. ▶ Supervise assigned APRNs and PAs, including chart review and clinical guidance.

▶ Maintain timely, accurate patient documentation and participate in an after-hours call rotation. ▶ Support quality improvement initiatives and Premier’s community health mission. Qualifications

▶ Medical degree from an accredited medical school. ▶ Current Florida MD or DO license. ▶ Current DEA registration and BLS certification. ▶ Board eligible or board certified preferred. ▶ Three years of experience preferred. ▶ Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification and required annual compliance training. • Ability to lift 20 lbs. regularly and 30–50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
• Possible exposure to contagious or infectious diseases.
• Ability to travel between Premier locations as needed.
