Head of Finance

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Finance to join a dynamic and fast-growing financial services organization and fintech. Our client is a diversified holding company with a portfolio of subsidiaries operating across advisory services, asset management, financial technology, payment solutions, corporate structuring, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and management and statutory reporting Support the implementation of financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain working relationships with relevant authorities and licensing bodies Maintain internal controls and support risk management processes Coordinate with banking partners, auditors, and external stakeholders Drive financial performance through data-driven analysis and operational efficiency Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team Prepare financial insights and recommendations for the CFO / senior leadership team Support fundraising, investor reporting, and capital allocation initiatives where applicable Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or management role Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) preferred Background in regulated financial services environments Experience with multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional financial structures Good understanding of compliance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks within financial services Experience working with banking relationships and payment ecosystems Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills What We Offer: A key leadership role within a high-growth, forward-thinking organization Competitive compensation package including performance-based incentives Clear opportunity for career progression as the business scales Dynamic and international working environment
