Chef Lecturer

The International Hotel School Gqeberha Campus is looking for a Chef Lecturer to join our academic team The purpose of the role is to teach and share your passion for the hospitality industry with eager young students; helping them grow individually, and ultimately playing a role in their career paths and success in life.

Qualification

• NQF Level 7 hospitality qualification essential
• Registration with ETDP SETA as an Assessor beneficial
• Scoped by CATHSSETA beneficial
• Knowledge / Skill. Proficient in related computer software and strong admin ability
• Knowledge of QCTO and 14111
• Curriculum and assessment knowledge
• Demonstrate a history of student through-put, pass rate and understanding Experience
• A Minimum of 5 years relevant, practical industry experience
• A minimum of 2 years lecturing / teaching experience
