This is a national hybrid role, and the successful candidate can be based anywhere within the UK, with travel as required. Job Description Summary HC Forklifts UK is seeking a commercially focused Brand Marketing Executive to lead all marketing activity for the HC Forklifts UK business and its UK dealer network. This role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement and sales growth across both direct and dealer channels.

The successful candidate will act as the dedicated marketing partner to the HC Forklifts UK dealer and sales teams. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution and requires strong collaboration with Direct and Dealer Sales, Product Supplier and Dealer Partners. The Brand Marketing Executive will also work closely with external agencies and specialist partners to maximise marketing performance and return on investment.

While reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, the role maintains a dotted-line relationship with the Dealer Manager and HC Major Accounts Manager to ensure marketing strategies, campaigns and programmes are fully aligned with dealer network development, key account priorities and overall commercial objectives.

Job Description Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Create and manage the annual marketing calendar. Translate commercial priorities into effective marketing campaigns. Support product launches, promotions and strategic initiatives. Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitor activity. Identify new opportunities to increase market share and lead generation.

Manage marketing budgets and campaign expenditure. Measure and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI. Campaigns & Content Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, creating engaging content that promotes HC products and services Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manage HC Forklifts UK's digital presence, including website content, email marketing, social media, landing pages and lead generation activity.

Work with specialist agency partners to optimise digital performance and maximise marketing effectiveness. Dealer Marketing Support the HC dealer network through the delivery of dealer campaigns, co-branded marketing activity, communications, toolkits and promotional assets. Build strong relationships with dealers and ensure consistent brand representation across the network.

Market Insight & Performance Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, market trends and competitor activity. Use data and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness, identify opportunities and deliver measurable return on marketing investment. Skills & Experience Essential Minimum3 years' experience in a marketing management or brand marketing role.

Experience developing and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns. Strong digital marketing knowledge. Good content creation. Experience working closely with sales teams. Strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Experience in B2B marketing. Dealer, channel or partner marketing experience.
