Assistant Manager – Operations & Project Execution Company: Ksquare Energy Pvt. Ltd.Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratDepartment: Operations & Project Execution Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Assistant Manager to lead project execution, manage operations teams, coordinate tender and liaisoning activities, and improve operational efficiency.

Candidates from any industry are welcome; solar industry experience is not mandatory. Strong operations, project management, and team leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and ensure timely execution and completion of projects. Operations Team Leadership: Lead the operations team, allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure target achievement. Tender Management: Coordinate tender documentation, track submission deadlines, and ensure compliance with requirements. Liaisoning & Coordination: Coordinate with government departments, external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for approvals and project requirements.

Dashboard & MIS: Prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, project trackers, and performance reports. SOP & Process Management: Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Performance Monitoring: Identify operational bottlenecks, resolve execution issues, and report progress to management.

Cross-functional Coordination: Work with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Required Skills

Strong experience in operations management and project execution. Team handling and leadership capabilities. Knowledge of tender management and liaisoning activities. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, MIS, and trackers. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to establish SOPs, monitor workflows, and improve processes.

Candidate Requirements Experience: 3–6 years preferred.

Education

Graduate; technical qualifications preferred but not mandatory. Industry: Open to all industries; solar experience is not required. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
