Senior Manager, Sales Operations

Alliance Consumer Group (ACG) is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics to serve as the analytical engine and strategic thought partner to Sales leadership. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, financial rigor, forecasting discipline, and executive communication.

This leader will own sales performance analytics, forecasting integrity, budget alignment, and board level storytelling, while also serving as a core contributor to ACG’s strategic sales operating model for the direct selling organization. The role is highly visible and requires executive presence, sharp judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth and accountability across the organization.
