EHS Specialist

Als EHS Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de veiligheid van medewerkers, contractors en het milieu. Je zorgt voor naleving van EHS-wetgeving op de locatie, stimuleert verbeteringen en draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.

Verantwoordelijkheden Zorgen voor naleving van EHS-wetgeving en richtlijnen Beheren van risico-inventarisaties en H&S KPI’s Signaleren van risico’s en doorvoeren van verbetermaatregelen Faciliteren van safety-initiatieven en teams Stimuleren van veilig gedrag en optreden als rolmodel Beheer en verbetering van het EHS managementsysteem Onderzoek van incidenten en opvolging van acties Adviseren over EHS in projecten en beheer van vergunningen Kwalificaties MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau Kennis van veiligheidsmanagementsystemen MVK-diploma is een pré Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Analytisch, creatief en innovatief ingesteld Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk) Proactief, nauwkeurig en in staat om op een constructieve manier feedback te geven Kennis van Behaviour Based Safety is een pré Overview With over 70 years in the region, we operate from 7 key locations — including 4 headquarters and 4 production sites — and offer a portfolio of 16 brands, from global icons like Pepsi and Lay’s to local favorites like Duyvis and Schwip Schwap.
