100 Elk Lead Instructor

Lead instructors play an integral leadership role at 100 Elk, modeling tone and culture for staff and participants, and setting the tone for living by the Christian Science principles of integrity, compassion, and respect. Lead instructors help with staff training and oversight, safe program execution, coordination of logistics, and tone-setting. They provide feedback and coaching support to instructors in conjunction with the program director and program manager. Lead instructors support summer programs as needed and may fill a role on the summer staff team.
