Production Shift Manager

Setting clear expectations and proactively addressing performance Lead the production team to deliver safe, reliable and efficient plant operations Champion Process Safety and strengthen safety culture through visible, practical leadership Coordinate daily activities to achieve KPI targets, customer commitments and business objectives Build a high performance culture through clear accountabilities, regular feedback and consistent follow through Monitor plant performance, respond to operational issues and escalate risks promptly Support maintenance planning, shutdowns, restarts and equipment reliability activities Identify opportunities to improve reliability, cost control, inventory and operational performance Manage resources, plant costs and critical materials in line with approved budgets and site priorities
