Main Responsibilities: Own all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting Lead finance team members High proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with leadership on business planning and growth initiatives Oversee cash flow management and optimize capital allocation Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and compliance with tax laws Lead financial audits and manage relationships with external accounting partners Implement scalable processes for tracking expenses, revenue, and KPIs
