Senior Analyst, HR Operations

The Senior Analyst, HR Operations is a core member of the HR Operations team and reports to the Head of HR Operations. The role owns global payroll execution, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and the transaction processing that supports every stage of the employee lifecycle.

VanEck runs payroll across eleven countries and multiple legal entities on a fast cycle, and the output of this team is visible to every employee and to the leaders who rely on people data to run their businesses. Accuracy here is not a back office detail. It is how employees experience the firm and how leaders make decisions.
