What You'll Do

Lead Internet Sales Consultants in meeting department goals. Respond quickly to customer calls, chats, emails, and online inquiries. Convert sales leads into confirmed appointments or connect customers with a Sales Consultant. Maintain accurate customer notes, follow-up activity, and appointments in the CRM. Monitor lead activity, appointment results, and daily follow-up performance.

What You'll Bring

1+ years of sales, customer service, business development, or automotive experience. Comfort using CRM systems, email, chat, and basic computer tools.
