Administration Officer - Admissions

Rembrandt Living is seeking an experienced Admissions Administration Assistant to join our Home Care Admissions team. This part-time (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) 12-month fixed-term position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Admissions Teams in our Home Care division. This role will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of client admissions, accurate record-keeping, and timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Manage the admissions process for new clients Maintain accurate records and documentation Respond to inquiries and provide information about services Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless admissions Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations Assist in preparing reports and data analysis Provide exceptional customer service to clients, and their families Proven experience in administrative roles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Rembrandt Living is a leading provider of premium aged care solutions in South Australia.
