Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT (N1) DIVISION of COMNAVREG SE JAX. This position is a Temporary Promotion not to exceed 2 Years. This position may be extended for an additional 1 year for a total of 3 Years. Management has the right to terminate the promotion before the NTE date.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Applying advanced management and functional-analysis principles to evaluate complex organizations and programs;
2. Conducting organizational analyses to manage Regional programs;
3. Developing strategic recommendations and guidance for senior leadership pertaining to systems;
4. Interpreting and applying DoD/DoN policies and assessing program productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness for programs in support of organization mission and objectives;
5. Communicating complex analyses and recommendations for systems effectively, both orally and in writing, with personnel and leaders across multiple organizational levels.
