• Vis Com/Dallas Requirements: MUST BE AN ART MAJOR , OTHER MAJORS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED In good standing with the Graduate School Possess an overall graduate GPA of at least 3.00 for courses completed Must be registered every term of assistantship Responsibilities: 20 hours per week of assistance with teaching and administrative aspects of the Department of Art programs, to be considered full-time Graduate Assistant. At times, duties will be assigned outside the Department of Art programs that are compatible with the strengths of the candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in areas of art and admission to the Graduate School. Teaching experience and technology skills preferred, but not required. Salary: $4000.00 per semester for full-time assistantship, and $2,666.00 for Summer full-time assistance. *Position includes a waiver of tuition for up to six credits per semester.
