Kitchen Cabinets Installer - Carpenter

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Installer / Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing kitchen cabinets and related carpentry work in residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and a solid understanding of cabinetry systems and construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, and hardware according to specifications and layout plans. Measure and cut materials with accuracy using hand and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions. Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet quality standards.

Modify and trim cabinets as needed to fit space or accommodate appliances and fixtures. Maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with safety regulations and company policies. Handle and transport materials safely to and from the job site. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to cabinets and surfaces as required. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

Proven experience as a carpenter, cabinet installer, or similar role (4+ years preferred). Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to cabinet installation. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting heavy items and working in various positions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
