Project Coordinator

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The Project Coordinator serves as a key liaison between field teams, office staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in organizing project activities, timelines, and documentation. Prepare, track, and distribute project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of materials. Maintain digital and physical project files, ensuring documents are updated and accessible.

Support in obtaining permits, licenses, and required inspections. Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates and resolve issues. Monitor project progress and update tracking systems for budgeting, scheduling, and deliverables. Assist in preparing close-out documentation, punch lists, and warranty packages.

Enforce safety standards and assist in compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety plans. Attend site meetings and provide administrative support to field supervisors and project managers.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with construction documents, schedules, and project management processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar platforms a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Work is performed in both office and construction site environments. Occasional travel to job sites and extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.

Salary $20 - $25 per hour
