Automotive Warranty Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Coordinator to support our automotive operations. The role will be responsible for managing warranty claims, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers, and ensuring customers receive timely updates and support throughout the warranty process.

Key Responsibilities

Process and submit automotive warranty claims accurately and within required timelines. Review claims and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with warranty requirements. Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and related documentation. Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to resolve warranty-related issues.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear updates on claim status and resolutions. Coordinate with the automotive service and technical teams to ensure smooth warranty claim processing. Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and requirements. Identify discrepancies, unusual claims, or potential warranty fraud and escalate them appropriately.

Support the development and improvement of warranty processes and procedures. Ensure warranty documentation is properly maintained and readily accessible.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive warranty, claims processing, or a related automotive role. Strong understanding of automotive warranty policies and procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant automotive or warranty management systems. Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
