HRIS Manager

The HRIS Manager owns the accuracy, security, and performance of our people data and the systems that hold it. You will administer and configure UKG, keep colleague records clean and compliant across every property and the corporate office, manage the integrations between UKG and payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and other connected platforms, and turn that data into dependable reporting for People & Culture, property leadership, and executives.

You will partner closely with the SVP and VP, P&C as well as property P&C Leadership to improve processes, automate manual work, and support our people and culture objectives.
